Flower Over Dose
This time of year, can’t get enough. They don’t have dandelions in Texas... so Hannah was sure to weave up a golden halo after amassing plenty of long stem dandies. (Best ones are growing in the shade!)

Flower cut down before it’s prime
Asa called to wish me a happy mother’s day while I was discovering this rubarb flower. 
He advised me to cut the flowers so the plant would put it’s energy into the edible stems. 
I did... but now it is a shame I won’t see what it looks like in full bloom.
